This morning's Dobson coaches' study was great. Smaller group, but better discussion. This morning's question: Are we using our platform, time, energy, effort, talents, and opportunities to build our own kingdom (our program)? or God's kingdom?
We talked a lot about servant leadership, and the assignment this week is to wipe our coaching slates clean and ask God what He wants our programs to look like. They are going to pray, read His Word, and make a list of the things they want to do differently this year with the intent of building God's kingdom.
I look forward to hearing the creative ways that they want to be different.
